Terms & Conditions

Cedrus Internet Solutions (Pty) Ltd t/a Leads 2 Business (Registration No. 2003/022781/07) (“L2B”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides online business intelligence and subscription services via www.L2B.co.za (the “Website”).

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENT

  1. All subscriptions are payable in advance.
  2. If payment is not received by the due date, L2B reserves the right to suspend or deactivate access to the Website and services until payment is received in full.
  3. VAT: VAT at 15% applies to South African residents. All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  4. Subscription fees may increase annually in March. L2B will provide reasonable prior notice of any such increase.
  5. The address provided at registration is deemed the Customer’s domicilium citandi et executandi. The Customer remains liable for all outstanding amounts, including interest and reasonable collection costs.
  6. Subject to compliance with applicable credit legislation, L2B reserves the right to list unpaid accounts with recognised credit bureaus.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, data, reports, tenders, projects, and related information supplied by L2B are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, shared, or commercially exploited without written permission.

3. DISCLAIMER OF ACCURACY

Information provided by L2B is supplied on an “as is” basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, L2B does not warrant that content is complete, accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users rely on information at their own risk.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L2B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or data.

L2B’s total liability for any claim arising from the use of its services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the Customer in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

5. INDEMNITY

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless L2B, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from:

  • Misuse of the Website or services;
  • Breach of these Terms;
  • Sharing login credentials;
  • Violation of any applicable law.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

L2B shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, labour disputes, regulatory changes, or acts of government.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

Customers may not use the Website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the integrity of the platform.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of KwaZulu-Natal.

9. AMENDMENTS

L2B may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. VAT at the applicable rate (currently 15%) is charged to South African residents.

Cancellation Policy

To unsubscribe, we require fourteen (14) days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. Cancellation requests must be sent to Accounts@L2B.co.za.

Payment Policy

Payments may be made via approved card payment methods or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as detailed in the Banking Section. Subscription services are activated once payment has been successfully processed.

Subscription fees are payable in advance and are subject to annual increases in March of each year. L2B reserves the right to amend pricing from time to time upon reasonable notice.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Kindly deposit funds into the account below and remit proof of payment to Accounts@L2B.co.za.

Important: Your subscription will only be activated once cleared funds reflect in our account. Please use your company name or invoice number as payment reference.

L2B is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, incorrect payment references, or payments made into incorrect accounts.

L2B will never request changes to banking details via unsolicited email. If you receive any such request, please verify directly with us via telephone before making payment.

We only collect personal information that is necessary to provide our services, improve our platform, comply with legal obligations and communicate relevant updates to our customers.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no internet-based system is completely secure and we encourage users to take precautions when sharing information online.

Security

L2B implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of its Website and services in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including POPIA.

1. SYSTEM PROTECTION

Any person who delivers or attempts to deliver malicious code, interfere with system functionality, or gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website or related systems may be subject to civil claims and/or criminal prosecution.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Login credentials are strictly personal and may not be shared.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and account access.
  • Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately to Accounts@L2B.co.za.

3. PAYMENT SECURITY

All online card transactions are processed via secure payment gateways and protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. L2B does not store full card details on its own servers.

4. DATA PROTECTION MEASURES

  • Secure hosting infrastructure.
  • Encryption and firewall protections.
  • Access controls limiting employee access to authorised personnel.
  • Monitoring for suspicious or unauthorised activity.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While L2B takes reasonable steps to maintain system uptime and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website or services.

6. SECURITY INCIDENTS

In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, L2B will act in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law, including notifying affected parties and the Information Regulator where required.


Changes to Agreement

L2B reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any related policies from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the Website.

Where material changes are made that may significantly affect Subscribers, reasonable notice will be provided in advance, including via Website notification or email where appropriate.

Continued use of the Website or services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the services prior to the next billing cycle.

Cedrus Internet Solutions (Pty) Ltd t/a Leads 2 Business ("L2B", "we", "us", "our") processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and other applicable South African laws.

"Personal information" means information relating to an identifiable, living natural person or an identifiable juristic person where applicable under law.

This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By using our Website and services, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described herein.

1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may amend this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website. Where material changes are made, Customers will receive at least 30 days’ prior notice.

2. LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

  • Performance of a contract (subscription services).

Our services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

15. YEAR END SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This offer is valid during November and December 2026.
  2. Pay now and receive November 2026 to February 2027 free.
  3. Second payment deducted in March 2027 (new rates applicable).
  4. Rates subject to annual increase in March 2027 at approximately 5%.
  5. Year End Special includes Projects, OQ (free) & 1 Additional User (online subscribers only). Additional user details must be emailed to Reg@L2B.co.za.

Online Terms And Conditions

  1. SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD
    1. A subscription commences once the Subscriber registers, purchases a Subscription Plan, and payment is successfully processed.
    2. Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions run for one calendar month from the date of purchase (“Subscription Period”).
    3. Subscriptions automatically renew on the corresponding Monthly Billing Date unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
  2. PAYMENT AND BILLING
    1. Recurring Billing Authorisation
      1. By subscribing, you authorise L2B to charge your chosen Payment Method for recurring subscription fees.
      2. Subscription fees are payable in advance for each Subscription Period.
    2. Failed Card Payments & Retry Schedule
      1. If a card payment is unsuccessful (including due to insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect details, or declined authorisation), the following retry schedule will apply:
      2. First Attempt: Initial deduction on the Monthly Billing Date.
      3. Second Attempt: One (1) additional attempt approximately three (3) days after the first failed deduction.
      4. Third Attempt: If both prior attempts fail, a further attempt will be made on the next recurring billing date, being either the 15th or 30th of the month (whichever occurs soonest).
      5. Final Attempt: A final re-charge attempt will occur on the next available recurring billing date (15th or 30th), following the third failed attempt.
      6. Suspension for Non-Payment: If payment remains unsuccessful after four (4) attempts, L2B reserves the right to suspend the Subscriber’s access to the service until full payment is received and valid payment details are provided.
      7. The Subscriber remains fully liable for all unpaid subscription fees during this period.
    3. Changes to Fees
      1. Subscription fees may increase annually by up to 10%.
      2. At least 14 days’ prior notice will be provided unless otherwise required by law.
    4. Payment Details
      1. You must provide valid, current, and accurate payment details.
      2. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds.
      3. Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in immediate suspension.
    5. Refund Policy
      1. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
      2. No refunds or credits are provided for partially used Subscription Periods.
    6. Invoices & Records
      1. Transaction records and invoices will be provided electronically.
  3. SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
    1. L2B may suspend services for maintenance, system upgrades, security concerns, or operational requirements.
    2. Access may be suspended where fraud, unauthorised use, or breach of Terms is suspected.
    3. Suspension will continue for as long as reasonably necessary.
  4. SUSPENSION FOR NON-PAYMENT
    1. If payment is not successfully processed, L2B may suspend access to the service.
    2. Service will resume once all outstanding amounts are settled.
    3. The Subscriber remains liable for all unpaid fees during suspension.
  5. CANCELLATION
    1. Subscribers may cancel at any time by providing written notice.
    2. Cancellation must occur before the next Monthly Billing Date to avoid further billing.
    3. If cancellation occurs after billing, the current Subscription Period will continue until its natural expiry.
  6. TERMINATION BY L2B
    1. L2B may terminate access immediately where there is a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or legal requirement.
    2. L2B may terminate or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
  7. CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION
    1. Upon termination, all rights to access the service cease.
    2. Outstanding fees remain payable.
    3. Provisions relating to liability, indemnity, and payment survive termination.
