Ubambisane Construction and Services is also a National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) registered company for the construction of houses and other developments. As a Grade 4 CE PE CIDB registered Company, Ubambisane has the capacity and expertise to undertake medium to large scale Civil Engineering projects such as Bulk Earthworks, Road Construction and Maintenance, Storm Water and Drainange and Water and Sanitation Projects. Having successfully completed a number of these projects in the past, we are confident that we will continue to successfully undertake and complete similar projects in scope and size to all our future clients. Similarly, as a Grade 4 GB PE CIDB registered Company, Ubambisane Construction and Services has an internal capacity and Project team to successfully undertake and complete medium to large scale General Building Projects such as New Buildings, Additions, Renovations and Alterations within scope, programme and budget. As a NHBRC registered company, Ubambisane Construction and Services is accredited to construct Low Cost and Residential Housing Developments and also Commercial and Industrial Developments. Ubambisane Construction and Services recently started offering Fencing Services to its clients, with a 1 SQ PE CIDB Grading, we have successfully completed a few small scale Fencing Projects and will be undertaking medium and large scale fencing projects in the near future. Ubambisane Construction and Services offers the maintenance, repairs and installation of Palisade, Wrought Iron, Mesh and Clear View Fencing to mention a few. Ubambisane Construction and Services has a dedicated team of Project and Contracts Managers, Surveyors, Technicians and Foremen that have vast knowledge and experience in the Construction Industry and are therefore capable of successfully executing various projects, ensuring both quality standards and customers specifications are met.
