10Projects Service

You can email up to 10 professionals per day. This helps prevent spam and ensures meaningful engagement with verified contacts.
When you monitor a project, you’ll automatically receive updates via email whenever new information, changes, or progress updates are added to that project.
Projects track the full lifecycle of construction developments — from early concept to completion — and often include tenders along the way. Tenders, on the other hand, are contract-specific (often government-related) and conclude once awarded.
At the top of every project page, next to “Proudly Researched by”, you’ll see an option to contact the researcher directly — just click the link that says “For Assistance, click Here”.
In your dashboard, click a monitor’s name in the relevant portlet to view detailed reports, including any follow-ups or downloads they’ve made.
The earlier, the better! Engaging during the conceptual or planning phase allows you to connect with key professionals before appointments are finalized.
While not always specified, you can usually determine required sub-contractors by reviewing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Project Description.
No, we don’t arrange meetings directly. However, main contractors can issue RFQs containing the appropriate contact information.
You can contact the main contractor directly. When available, we include a list of sub-contractors with the project details.
Conceptual means the project is still in the idea phase. Procedural means steps like EIA or zoning are underway before construction begins.

9Tenders Service

It’s simple — use the green action button on the tender page to request the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Our team will assist you from there.
You can request it directly from the tender page using the same green action button. If available, we’ll provide the register as soon as possible.
At the top-left corner of every tender page, click the researcher's name to send them an email directly. They’re happy to help clarify any details.
We primarily publish public tenders. Invited or private tenders are only listed if they’re officially shared with us by the inviting organization.
Keep your Advisory Settings updated — especially your keywords, regions, and categories. This ensures you only get tenders that match your business focus.
A re-advertised tender is one that wasn’t awarded or was withdrawn, and has now been reissued. You’ll see it listed under a new DTA number, often with updated details.
Yes — we source Bills of Quantities and Site Attendance Registers for relevant tenders, when available or upon request.
Absolutely. Even if you’re not monitoring, our Daily Advisories highlight any changes — such as cancellations, re-adverts, or updates.

5Monitors

Yes! Monitors enjoy full access to the L2B Directory whenever they’re logged in, just like main users.
Monitors only have access to the Projects and Tenders they’ve been assigned. They don’t receive their own Daily Advisories or see items not linked to them.
Yes — but only for the Projects or Tenders they’re directly assigned to.
Yes, they can! Monitors are able to request these items, but only for their assigned Projects or Tenders.

7Open Quotes

Start by confirming your trades and regions, and indicate whether you supply labour, materials, or both. This ensures you receive the most relevant RFQs.
You can price the BOQ directly on L2B (recommended) or download it to price offline. Pricing online helps speed up responses and ensures you’re visible to buyers.
As an Open Quotes Vendor, you can manage your own entry (update trades, regions, and services). New OQ vendors are also featured on the ‘New Vendors’ list for 30 days, giving you extra visibility. You’ll also see which buyers prefer you and get notified when you’re awarded.
It means a buyer has marked your company as one they prefer to work with. Open Quotes lets you see who that buyer is and engage directly with them.
RFQs are sent out based on buyer demand and the regions or trades you’ve selected. Frequency can vary week to week — the more accurate your filters, the better your match rate.
You can update your trade profile or region settings anytime, or reach out to our support team if you’d like assistance fine-tuning your filters.
Pricing online gives you faster visibility to buyers, increases your response rate, and keeps a record of your submitted prices. It also allows for easy broadcasting to multiple buyers and provides award notifications when available.

6Leads 2 Quotes (L2Q)

From your dashboard, click the red L2Q tile → go to Buyer Home → then select “Create a New Bill Request”. That’s where you’ll begin your pricing journey.
Once coded, you can choose your trades and regions, add any terms and conditions, and start requesting prices from vendors.
No — pricing always requires human input to ensure accuracy and fair comparison. The system simply helps you organize and communicate efficiently.
You can view a detailed report of all responses from your Control List link on your Buyer Home dashboard.

Yes — from your Buyer Home, use the ‘RFQ Notice’ option to send a follow-up email to all the vendors you invited for that bill.

4Requests for Quotes

RFQs usually come directly from the project client or the appointed Quantity Surveyor. Leads 2 Business collects and verifies this info to make it easily accessible to you.
No, they’re not guaranteed — but we give you the tools to improve your odds. Use awarded project details to approach main contractors, price consistently, and engage with bidders’ lists. Consistent quoting improves your visibility and trust rating.
There isn’t a public page for ratings, but your responsiveness and consistency directly impact your visibility with buyers. If you’d like insight into your rating, your account executive can share feedback.
Even if you don’t win every RFQ, you still gain access to awarded details, allowing you to connect with main contractors and stay top of mind for future opportunities. Consistency really is key!
